- Try 3-10 minute variety workouts to max your workout time.
- Only have 10 minutes, pick a body part & a video and do it.

This program gives you time freedom to workout when you want, where you want, as much as you want to any level you want. About Lisa
For 35+ years, Lisa worked for many conglomerate fitness centers, watching members come and go. Or members who couldn’t make it to the gym for many reasons of life, work, family, kids, sports or appointments that got in the way of showing up. In 2012, she launched her own gym, Z Total Body in Fenton, Missouri, creating a new fitness vibe for members. A more personal, relational, safe and fun setting, where all ages, fitness levels would be welcomed and feel like a family member. Where a member does not get lost in the computer, or a big crowd that has no name. Where if they don’t show up, they receive a message asking what’s up?
The launching of “Get Fit @ Home” with Lisa is now being created for the same reasons. Where someone can log on, pick their video choices, whenever, wherever and have Lisa right there In front of you, building a fitness relationship, becoming your fitness buddy, keeping you accountable. Plus, the added fun, humor, singing and dancing is just a bonus, no charge!
